Terms of use
Last updated 17 September 2026
These terms cover this website and signing up for an account. A separate agreement covers your use of the product itself and is provided when your account is set up, so nothing here commits you to anything about the software.
Using this website
You are welcome to read it, quote it and link to it. Please do not attempt to break it, scrape it at a rate that inconveniences other readers, or use it to send us automated signups. If you find a security problem, email security@firmhello.com and we will thank you rather than threaten you.
What signing up is
Signing up starts a free trial and creates a record of your interest. It is not a purchase, no card is taken, and it does not by itself create a contract for the software. We onboard firms in scheduled groups, so an account is provisioned when your group opens rather than the instant you sign up — the page you see immediately after signing up says so.
There is nothing to pay. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to hello@firmhello.com.
What the product does and does not do today
We describe FirmHello on this site as a working product, and we have tried throughout to be specific about the parts that are not finished. In particular: integrations with cloud storage, calendars and accounting software are on the roadmap and not built, and accounts are provisioned in scheduled groups rather than immediately. The security page states this plainly and is the authoritative version if anything elsewhere on the site reads more optimistically.
Prices shown on the pricing page are set per country rather than converted between currencies, and the page shows the prices for the country edition you are viewing. Nothing is charged during a trial.
Accuracy and opinion
Pages such as our buyer's guide contain our opinions about how to evaluate software of this kind, written by a party with an obvious interest. They are offered as questions to put to vendors, including us, rather than as impartial advice, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice for your firm.
Our content
The text, design and code of this site belong to us. Quote us with attribution as much as you like; please do not republish whole pages as your own, and please do not copy the site wholesale to market a competing product.
Firm and client names in the product screenshots on this site are invented for illustration. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
This is a website disclaimer, not the product's service agreement. The agreement you receive as a beta firm sets out uptime, data handling and liability for the software itself.
Changes and contact
If these terms change we will update the date at the top. Questions go to hello@firmhello.com.
FirmHello is a product of Furvur. Full legal entity details and the governing jurisdiction for the product agreement are set out in that agreement; ask us if you need them sooner.
